- Intention and values definition for individuals, collectives and organizations;
- Social equity and inclusion strategies, protocols and designs for groups and organizations, with an power-critical, transformative, intersectional approach;
- Empathy and interpersonal communication and collaboration, with a focus on decolonizing non-violent communication;
- Practices for more socially equitable organizing, including inclusive facilitation, consensus decision-making and teamwork within diverse teams.

I am open to grounded (train, bus or car) travel for in-person gigs in Europe. I try to limit flying as much as possible, but I’m open to coordinating in-person workshops on Turtle Island (so-called US) or other very-far-away places if it can be part of a longer trip / tour / journey. We can’t claim to be decolonial and anticapitalist without tackling climate colonialism. Covid safety is very important to me and I expect folks I meet with in person to rapid-test and/or mask up to help protect all of us from this mass-disabling virus. We keep us safe!
